In the summer of 2010, due to unforeseen circumstances, two like-minded individuals met on a business forum with the mutual consideration of furthering their business ends.

Although each already had his or her own successful business, after long consideration it was decided that there were just not enough hours in a day for either of them to "cover the waterfront" and do justice to all of the products and projects they wanted to offer.
